Clean, gorgeous hotel, there was a warm reception. The staff were pleasant and accommodating, nothing too much trouble. The continental breakfast with bread and cereal was wonderful even with free prosecco.

By and large, it was great place for sightseeing in Zermatt, had much fun. Perfect service, although a few employees were not very friendly.

It had every detail we needed, we appreciated staff and rooms. Near a bus stop in the local area. Moreover, Denner Partner was 15 minutes' walk away. Friendly check out too. Furthermore, parking nearby was a bonus.

If we return to Zermatt we would definitely go again. The breakfast was EXCELLENT and had lots of options. Walking to a train station from schlosshotel was easy.
